Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: May 2017

• Before Work Starts – You can cancel a project at no cost if we haven’t started working on it.
• After Work Starts – If we have begun development, cancellation will be subject to a partial refund depending on the work completed.
• No Cancellation After Completion – Once a project is fully delivered, cancellation is not possible.
